關(guān)于撤銷對(duì)劉鵬執(zhí)行懸賞的公告
本院在執(zhí)行（2025）湘0903執(zhí)1726號(hào)案件中，依照《中華人民共和國(guó)民事訴訟法》第二百六十二條之規(guī)定，于2026年1月29日發(fā)布了對(duì)被執(zhí)行人劉鵬的懸賞公告。現(xiàn)被執(zhí)行人已履行完畢，故本院決定對(duì)劉鵬的懸賞公告予以撤銷。感謝社會(huì)各界對(duì)益陽市赫山區(qū)人民法院執(zhí)行工作的關(guān)心、理解與支持。
