4月14日，遼寧省教育廳發布了關于擬推薦全國高校畢業生就業能力培訓基地增補名單的公示信息。根據教育部《關于開展全國高校畢業生就業能力培訓基地增補工作的通知》要求，經材料審閱、綜合評定，擬推薦遼寧大學、大連職業技術學院、遼東學院為全國高校畢業生就業能力培訓基地，現予以公示。
