近日，黑龍江省市場監管部門抽檢發現，哈爾濱、鶴崗、齊齊哈爾、雙鴨山、牡丹江等地18 家餐飲及養老機構的餐盤、餐杯、餐碗等餐飲具，大腸菌群檢出（標準要求不得檢出）。
不合格主體涵蓋麻辣燙店、酒館、豆腐店、養老服務機構等，多為個體經營商戶，抽檢時間集中在 2025 年 9—10 月。大腸菌群檢出提示餐具消毒保潔不到位，存在腸道疾病感染風險，監管部門已開展核查處置。
