老師在這里教年輕人"無畏"——不是莽撞，是看清痛苦會結束后的平靜。Abhaya手勢，掌心向外，意思是"別怕"；Vitarka手勢，拇指食指相觸，是在講一個道理。年輕人來這里，學的不只是姿勢，是承認痛存在，同時相信痛會過去。
這大概是成年人最缺的課。我們習慣了硬撐，卻沒人教過怎么真正不怕。
