少年學報消息,復旦大學副教授沈奕斐近日發(fā)視頻稱,因一場直播連麥,被家長舉報至多個部門。
視頻下,老師們或轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)附言、或默默點贊,字里行間滿是共鳴與無奈。

潮新聞梳理發(fā)現(xiàn),事情的起因是,一位小學生家長通過直播連麥,向沈奕斐咨詢孩子在學校里遭遇“校園霸凌”的事。
沈教授請她舉幾個最嚴重的例子,這位家長講了兩件事:一是,自家孩子給同學分零食,但同學有好吃的沒分給他;二是兩個孩子拌嘴,互相推搡了幾下。隨后,這位母親因為這兩件事,反復投訴、舉報學校和老師,甚至還報了警。
The incident began after a parent joined Shen's livestream to discuss alleged "school bullying" involving her child. The parent cited two incidents: classmates not sharing snacks and children pushing each other during an argument.
沈教授分析:“這不是霸凌,而是家長陷入了極端的‘受害者邏輯’,把正常的兒童社交摩擦上綱上線。”
Shen said the incidents did not amount to bullying, but rather reflected an extreme "victim mentality" that turned normal childhood conflicts into serious accusations.

根據(jù)沈教授自述,就因為這波分析,家長轉(zhuǎn)頭就開始舉報她。先是舉報侵犯隱私,可視頻做了變聲處理,沒有泄露隱私;隨后她又向復旦大學多個部門投訴,舉報教授直播影響教學、工作失職。
潮新聞報道稱,沈奕斐教授連日撰寫情況說明、配合調(diào)查,連正常工作都無法開展。
復旦大學在接到了該名家長的層層舉報后,嚴肅對待、秉公調(diào)查,始終嚴格遵循相關調(diào)查程序和取證流程,對事件做了全面徹底的核實。
在查清真相之后,復旦校方確認:沈奕斐教授在直播間對連麥案例的點評內(nèi)容專業(yè)且客觀、不逾越任何合規(guī)邊界,其所做的連麥內(nèi)容直播并沒有影響正常教學秩序,也不存在所謂的“侵害第三方隱私權(quán)”等問題。最終,復旦大學研究后并未對沈奕斐給予任何形式的行政處分或?qū)I(yè)處置。
According to Shen, the parent later filed complaints against her with multiple departments at Fudan University, accusing her of privacy violations and neglecting her teaching duties.
After receiving complaints from the parent, Fudan University conducted an investigation and concluded that Shen's livestream comments were professional and did not violate privacy rights or affect teaching activities. The university ultimately decided not to discipline her.
沈教授提到,視頻下整整1000多條留言,不乏基層一線教師的委屈與心聲。有人說自己被無理家長舉報到失眠,有人說為了不惹麻煩只能對孩子睜一只眼閉一只眼,有人說明明用心教書卻被步步緊逼,寒透了心……
The case struck a chord with many teachers online, with some saying repeated complaints from parents had left them exhausted.

記者注意到,半月談曾報道,西南某基層教育局提供的臺賬顯示,2024年1至8月,該局共收到128條舉報教師的信息,經(jīng)調(diào)查,僅7起舉報基本屬實。其余不屬實的舉報中,不乏惡意舉報行為。
Chinese media have also raised concerns over excessive reporting against teachers. Data from a local education bureau in Southwest China showed that only seven of 128 complaints against teachers between January and August 2024 were found to be largely valid.
比如,當年4月,當?shù)匾幻麑W生犯錯被老師批評后,撥打市民服務熱線舉報相關教師“體罰毆打?qū)W生”“用棍棒打?qū)W生的手”“辱罵女生”,經(jīng)核查均不屬實。

21日,中國教師報刊載知名教育專家湯勇的文章稱,值得深思的是,這種無成本、無底線的泛舉報、濫投訴,正在悄然侵蝕教育生態(tài)的根基。

文章直言,如果誣告沒有成本,胡鬧可以持續(xù)不斷,那么最終只會損害多數(shù)人的利益,冤枉不該冤枉的老師,傷害不該傷害的孩子。如果所有認真負責的老師最后都在壓力里慢慢沉默,教育只剩下“別出事、別投訴、別惹麻煩”,那么最終老師,將會一個個躺平。
教育最好的樣子,不是家長和老師互相防備,而是大家一起,包括有更多的沈奕斐教授,能真正站在“幫助孩子成長”的這一邊。
九派評論20日亦發(fā)文稱,家校本該是并肩的戰(zhàn)友。信任一旦碎了,修復需要很久。舉報被濫用,會沖垮童真的樂園,辜負辛勤的“園丁”,最終也將誤了孩子的一生。
