全球投資邏輯正在發生根本性轉變——資本不再迷信傳統的能源基建，而是加速涌向以自然為核心的可持續賽道。亞投行首席經濟學家白樂夫（Erik Berglof）將深度闡述亞投行如何驅動這場范式變革，解析國際資本在應對氣候變化、生物多樣性失衡與能源安全等多重危機沖擊時的布局邏輯。結合亞投行實踐案例，白樂夫將探討如何在商業回報與綠色轉型之間尋找平衡，并展望中國及全球在新格局下的投資機遇與責任。

Global investment is undergoing a profound paradigm shift—from traditional energy infrastructure investment toward nature-centered sustainable investment. In this lecture, AIIB’s Chief Economist Erik Berglof will provide a systematic overview of how AIIB is helping to drive this transition. He will also analyze how global capital is rethinking its role in response to intertwined challenges such as climate change, biodiversity loss, and energy security.

Drawing on AIIB’s project cases, Berglof will explore how investors could strike a balance between financial returns and the green transition, and share his perspectives on the investment opportunities and responsibilities facing China and the world in this emerging landscape.

埃里克·白樂夫（Erik Berglof）是亞洲基礎設施投資銀行（簡稱亞投行）首任首席經濟學家。他負責擘畫經濟部的發展愿景，統籌制定、推進并督導工作計劃的落地實施，全力服務于亞投行的核心使命。在2020年9月加入亞投行之前，他曾擔任倫敦經濟學院（LSE）全球事務研究所所長，并于2006年至2015年擔任歐洲復興開發銀行（EBRD）首席經濟學家，期間他參與創建并共同領導了維也納倡議，這是一支歐洲危機應對小組，因減輕2008年全球金融危機的影響而廣受贊譽。他是轉型經濟學和通過促進私營部門發展進行機構轉型的專家。他擁有斯德哥爾摩經濟學院金融經濟學博士學位和工商管理碩士學位。他是瑞典公民。

Erik Berglof is the Bank's inaugural Chief Economist. He sets the vision and strategy for the Economics Department and leads the planning, implementation and supervision of its work plan in support of the Bank's mandate. Prior to joining AlIB in September 2020, he was Director of the Institute of Global Affairs, London School of Economics, and Chief Economist of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development from 2006 to 2015, where he was part of creating, and co-led, the Vienna Initiative, a European crisis response team credited with mitigating the impact of the 2008 Global Financial Crisis. He is an expert in transition economics and institutional transformation through private sector development. He holds a PhD in Financial Economics and an MA in Business and Economics, both from the Stockholm School of Economics. Berglof is from Sweden.
