北京時間7月1日，據ESPN記者Shams Charania報道，密爾沃基雄鹿與前鋒奧斯曼-吉昂達成3年1750萬美元的續約合同。
另據HoopsHype記者Michael Scotto跟進報道，吉昂這份合同的第三年為球隊選項。
吉昂上賽季被交易送往雄鹿后代表球隊出戰過30場比賽，在場均26.8分鐘的出場時間里能貢獻11分4.6籃板3.6助攻。
