附件1:《超新星爆炸與教科書(shū)級(jí)別的古代危機(jī)公關(guān)》

在1006年，世界各地普遍觀(guān)測(cè)到了一顆明亮的超新星（SN1006），正處于北宋年間的中國(guó)也不例外。這顆超新星被記錄為“周伯”，但它的出現(xiàn)卻帶來(lái)了一場(chǎng)十足的輿論危機(jī)。

周伯星到底是吉是兇一直存在爭(zhēng)議（古人并不知道每一顆超新星都是獨(dú)立存在的，只是將看上去類(lèi)似的天體當(dāng)做了同一顆星星）。如《黃帝占》將它視為兇兆：“客星有五……周伯，大而黃，煌煌然，所見(jiàn)之國(guó)，兵喪，饑饉，民庶流亡。” 《晉書(shū)》等記錄的看法卻完全相反：“周伯星，黃色，煌煌然，所見(jiàn)之國(guó)大昌。”關(guān)鍵是這顆超新星出現(xiàn)的時(shí)機(jī)實(shí)在太差。當(dāng)時(shí)宋真宗與老對(duì)頭遼國(guó)簽訂“澶淵之盟”不過(guò)一年，就出現(xiàn)了可能象征戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)的異常天象，自然搞得全國(guó)人心惶惶。

這個(gè)燙手山芋被扔到了當(dāng)時(shí)的欽天監(jiān)首席周克明手里。他仔細(xì)觀(guān)測(cè)了這顆超新星，又在上報(bào)時(shí)巧妙地引用了幾本支持周伯星為吉兆的占星書(shū)，說(shuō)這顆星星并非兵兇之兆，反而會(huì)為國(guó)家?guī)?lái)繁榮，成功將這場(chǎng)輿情危機(jī)掐死在了搖籃里。宋真宗十分高興，嘉獎(jiǎng)了周克明，他也從此一路官運(yùn)亨通。

對(duì)于周伯星的正面看法也持續(xù)到了之后的朝代。明仁宗御制的《天元玉歷祥異賦》記載：“國(guó)欲昌，周伯黃光”，周伯星自此正式成了官方蓋章的吉兆。
