作為中國市場(chǎng)的許可總監(jiān)，您將深度參與 Avanci 專利許可項(xiàng)目的戰(zhàn)略執(zhí)行，與許可經(jīng)理、許可業(yè)務(wù)高級(jí)副總裁及總經(jīng)理緊密協(xié)作，在充滿活力的世界級(jí)團(tuán)隊(duì)中發(fā)揮核心作用。
主要職責(zé)：
? 識(shí)別并評(píng)估中國市場(chǎng)專利許可新機(jī)會(huì)
Identify and evaluate new opportunities for patent licensing in China
? 與市場(chǎng)中潛在被許可方/許可方保持有效溝通與互動(dòng)
Maintain effective communication and engagement with potential licensees/licensors
? 協(xié)助審查許可合同及協(xié)議
Assist in the review of licensing contracts and agreements
? 向潛在客戶全面介紹公司許可解決方案
Provide a comprehensive overview of company licensing solutions to prospective customers
? 與團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作，支持與潛在客戶的合同談判
Partner with and support other licensing team members in contract negotiations

學(xué)歷要求 | Education

? 金融、商業(yè)或法律/知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)相關(guān)本科學(xué)歷（必須）
? 研究生、MBA 或法律博士（JD）學(xué)位（優(yōu)先）
經(jīng)驗(yàn)要求：
?8年以上專利/知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)許可或知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)法律相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
知識(shí)與技能：
? 具備專利許可、知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)、財(cái)務(wù)分析及法律合同的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)
General understanding of patent licensing, IP fundamentals, financial analysis, and legal contracts
? 熟悉消費(fèi)電子、智能手機(jī)、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)（IoT）等高科技行業(yè)
Familiarity with high-tech industries such as consumer electronics, mobile/smartphones and IoT
? 了解蜂窩網(wǎng)絡(luò)、Wi-Fi 等關(guān)鍵標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化技術(shù)的實(shí)際應(yīng)用
Knowledge of key and standards-based technologies such as cellular and Wi-Fi
? 優(yōu)秀的中英文書面及口頭表達(dá)能力
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
