針對近期媒體曝光的“泡藥楊梅”事件，20日，福建省漳州市食品安全委員會辦公室發布情況通報表示，已追回問題楊梅540公斤，查扣違規添加劑20.1公斤，行政立案12起，刑事立案2起、刑事拘留5人。對查處的問題楊梅和查扣的違規添加劑，已全部銷毀。

Authorities in Zhangzhou, Fujian province, have recalled 540 kilograms of contaminated yangmei (also known as waxberry or Chinese bayberry) and detained five people following a media report exposing the illegal use of additives on the fruit, the city's food safety office said on Wednesday.

The office said it had also seized 20.1 kilograms of prohibited additives, initiated 12 administrative proceedings and two criminal proceedings, and placed five suspects in criminal detention. All the recalled berries and confiscated additives have been destroyed.

5月15日，媒體報道反映漳州市龍海區浮宮鎮、白水鎮部分楊梅收購點存在違規使用添加劑浸泡楊梅的問題（）。此事引起網絡關注。對此，漳州市成立工作專班，第一時間組織多部門趕赴涉事鄉鎮開展聯合執法，對媒體暗訪涉及的楊梅收購點逐一核查，發現實際涉事收購點共5家，查扣問題楊梅225公斤和一批違規添加劑，并立案調查。

The investigation was triggered by a May 15 media report, which revealed that several yangmei purchasing stations in Fugong and Baishui towns of Longhai district were dipping the fruit in unapproved additives. The story quickly drew public concern.

In response, Zhangzhou set up a special task force and conducted joint inspections at all stations mentioned in the report. Authorities identified five stations involved in the violations, impounding 225 kilograms of contaminated berries and a batch of illegal additives, both of which have been placed under investigation.

通報稱，自15日起，漳州市組織開展為期45天的專項整治行動，時間段覆蓋楊梅采摘上市全周期。派出干部下沉一線駐點，覆蓋所有楊梅收購點，開展全過程監督。嚴格落實楊梅檢驗合格后銷售、承諾達標合格證、外運報備、收購商“黑名單”等制度，全面加強楊梅從收購、貯存到銷售的全過程監管。

According to the statement, the city launched a 45-day special rectification campaign starting May 15, covering the entire yangmei harvest period. Officials have been deployed to every purchasing station for on-site supervision. New measures now require lab-tested, certified-safe sales, a certificate of compliance, outbound shipment notification, and a buyer blacklist system — ensuring tighter control from procurement and storage to distribution.
