The building's facade features a highly textured double-skin glass curtain wall, with its design inspired by the graceful curves of traditional Korean roof tiles. To achieve the artistic effect of "reflecting the river view by day and glowing uniformly by night," the physical properties and processing precision of the glass are crucial. The entire structure resembles a luminous treasure box, illuminating the night sky over Yeouido and standing as the most captivating cultural beacon along the Han River.

Through customized laminating processes and optical-grade raw material formulations, this project has set a global benchmark as the single building with the largest application of Kuraray's SentryGlas? Translucent White ionoplast interlayer in a single building, endowing the glass with a unique translucent milky texture. This treatment not only elevates the safety rating of the curtain wall but also precisely controls the diffuse reflection of light, creating a soft and stable natural lighting environment for the authentic masterpieces by Picasso, Braque, and other renowned artists housed within.
