【美法院裁定特朗普政府不得無聽證長期拘押移民】財(cái)聯(lián)社7月3日電，記者獲悉，當(dāng)?shù)貢r(shí)間7月2日，美國第五巡回上訴法院裁定，美國移民與海關(guān)執(zhí)法局（ICE）不得依據(jù)特朗普政府的大規(guī)模拘押政策，在不給予保釋聽證機(jī)會的情況下，將移民拘押超過90天。該裁決可能影響得克薩斯州、路易斯安那州等第五巡回轄區(qū)內(nèi)數(shù)千名被拘押人員。美國國土安全部暫未回應(yīng)置評請求。（央視新聞）
