12月30日，廣州市房地產(chǎn)中介協(xié)會發(fā)布數(shù)據(jù)顯示，2025年全年，全市二手住宅共網(wǎng)簽10.81萬套，同比微降2.42%；網(wǎng)簽面積1078.78萬平方米，降2.32%。下降主要因第四季度網(wǎng)簽量同比減少較多。
2025年12月廣州市二手住宅網(wǎng)簽套數(shù)和面積分別為8787套、87.60萬平方米，環(huán)比分別小幅下降4.40%和4.23%。
區(qū)域表現(xiàn)分化，南沙區(qū)、天河區(qū)和荔灣區(qū)網(wǎng)簽套數(shù)環(huán)比增長，其余區(qū)域均有所下降。（來源：中房網(wǎng)）
