極目新聞報道，5月21日，因“在地鐵吐血用外套擦干”被外界熟知的重病女孩胡心瑤（），為湖南石門水災助學重建捐出6000元，再次感動網友。

Hu Xinyao, the seriously ill girl known for wiping up her own blood with her jacket after vomiting blood on a Chongqing subway, has once again touched the internet — this time by donating 6,000 yuan to flood relief and education reconstruction in Shimen county, Changde, Hunan province.

據了解，5月17日起，湖南省常德市石門縣遭遇突破歷史極值的極端強降雨，已致6人死亡、10人失聯，基礎設施嚴重損毀，救援工作仍在緊張進行。

Continuous heavy rains have lashed Shimen county leaving six people dead and 10 others missing. The severe downpour, the first round of torrential rains this year, began at 7 am on May 17.

21日，胡心瑤曬出“捐贈證書”并配文寫道：“感恩過往兩個月，承蒙各位親友暖心相助，讓我被善意緊緊包裹。深知這份愛來之不易，如今湖南石門受災受難，我把大家給予我的溫暖盡數轉送。同心聚力共渡難關，石門加油，萬眾一心，定能重建美好家園！”

Hu posted her donation certificate online, writing: "I'm grateful for the kindness I've received over the past two months. Now that Shimen is in crisis, I'm passing forward all the warmth you've given me."

評論區的網友們在感動的同時，也心疼地對她的行為表示反對：“做慈善一定要在自己力所能及的范圍內。”

In the comments section, many netizens were moved but also objected out of concern: "Charity should always stay within your means."

胡心瑤則回復網友“愛需要繼續傳遞”“您的心意與善意我完全領會，于我而言，盡己所能略盡綿薄，是心底一份樸素善意，無關數額多少，只求心安”，并表示這筆錢是在心理咨詢平臺兼職而攢下來的工資，力所能及拿出一點心意，并非勉強自己。

She explained that the money came from her part-time work on a psychological counseling platform. She gave what she could — she wasn't forcing herself.

據了解，胡心瑤今年22歲，來自重慶市墊江縣。2018年她確診罕見病ANCA血管炎，后發展成腎衰竭，并出現肺部感染、心力衰竭、消化道出血等并發癥，頻繁往返醫院，僅在2025年就收到了幾十張病危通知單。

今年3月23日，胡心瑤乘重慶地鐵1號線去醫院時在車廂內吐血，她脫下自己的外套將血跡擦干，被其他乘客拍下發到網上后感動了萬千網友，不少人捐款助她治療。

In March 23 this year, she vomited blood on a subway car on her way to the hospital. She took off her jacket to clean up the blood. A passenger filmed the scene, and the video moved countless netizens, many of whom donated to support her treatment.

目前，公益平臺上由石門縣教育基金會發起的200萬元籌款目標已經完成，捐款通道已經關閉。

極目新聞記者聯系胡心瑤本人，她說自己平時在某平臺做心理咨詢，上個月掙到了6000元咨詢費，她就提現出來捐給石門災區，這是對網友此前幫助她的回饋，“不是大家的托舉，現在我已經不在了。”

長安街知事消息，胡心瑤的社交平臺上還發布了不少關于她在重慶建立的“病友之家”的最新動態，據悉，該互助平臺于2025年12月由胡心瑤發起，為罕見病患者提供臨時住所、醫療科普、免費心理輔導及交流服務，今年4月8日正式啟動，一個多月以來，已接待過約50名病友前來免費居住。

Hu has also set up a "patient home" in Chongqing, offering temporary accommodation, medical information, free psychological counseling, and support services for rare disease patients. It officially opened in April and has already hosted around 50 patients.
