5月以來，廣東多地相繼發布了2026-2027學年普通中小學校校歷，其中高三開學時間從往年的8月1日均調整至9月1日。這一變化迅速成為輿論關注的焦點。

Guangdong province has postponed the start of the senior year of high school from Aug 1 to Sept 1 for the 2026-2027 academic year, a move that has sparked widespread discussion among students and parents concerned about gaokao preparation time.

5月26日，廣東省教育廳在“廣東民聲熱線”上就此作出回應。

據微信公眾號“廣州日報”消息，廣東省委教育工委委員、省教育廳黨組成員、副廳長李璧亮表示，推出這個政策之前，廣東差不多花了一年半的時間做了大量調研，同時也征求了教育部相關部門的意見，也統計了目前全國30多個省市區的情況。結合現有政策和調研，包括校長、老師、學生家長的綜合意見，廣東省教育廳非常慎重地做了這樣的決定。

Responding on Tuesday, provincial education authorities said the decision came after more than a year of research, consultations with the Ministry of Education and reviews of practices across the country.

廣東省教育廳基礎教育與信息化處處長趙琦補充說，目前，高三開學時間，全國有約20個省份是9月1日開學，尤其是發達的省市，比如北京、上海、江蘇、浙江等。另外，湖南、湖北、江西等省則將這個決定權交給了各地市。

“但對廣東來說，省級應該扛起這個責任，因為高考是統一時間，不可能由各個地市來決定。”趙琦說，“最終促使我們下定這個決心的是，去年年底國家高中課程方案發布以后，已經對高三的上課時間做出了明確規定，所以我們也找到了比較好的依據。”

Officials said around 20 provinces and municipalities have already begun high school seniors' classes on Sept 1, including Beijing and Shanghai, and noted that a newly released national high school curriculum plan also provided policy support for the adjustment.

澎湃新聞注意到，此前，廣東東莞有網友通過當地的“陽光熱線問政平臺”提出恢復高三年級8月1日開學。這名網友認為，壓縮教學時間，等于讓學生在高考前少了系統復習的機會。

Some parents and students, however, worry that the shorter school term could reduce systematic revision time before the national college entrance examination.

就此，官方答復稱，根據廣東省教育廳《關于制定2026-2027學年普通中小學校歷的通知》以及相關會議有關要求，全省高三年級開學時間由往年的8月1日統一調整為9月1日，與其他年級同步。開學時間的調整，嚴格執行國家和省有關政策規定，是規范辦學行為、遏制“教育內卷”、落實“健康第一”教育理念的必然要求，也是遵循教育規律促進學生全面發展的客觀需要。

教育管理部門將督促指導各高中學校，嚴格按照新校歷和課程方案，科學調整高三教學計劃、優化備考節奏，細化分層輔導、線上答疑、學情監測等各項舉措，全力保障高三備考工作平穩有序推進，確保備考質量不打折扣，與家長、社會攜手為孩子的高考保駕護航。

Authorities said the adjustment is intended to curb excessive academic pressure and support students' overall development, while assuring families that schools would be guided to optimize teaching plans and maintain the quality of exam preparation.
