6月18日，東營的郭女士反映，2024年6月購買了一輛比亞迪宋PLUS，去年車輛空調損壞，不能制冷了，更換了新的。今年6月車輛出現異響，4S店告知減震器壞了，必須進行更換，車主覺得車輛有質量問題，在幫辦協調下，4S店表示可以給減震器這個零件進行延保。
