4月13日，美團在港交所公告，公司根據首次公開發售后股份獎勵計劃以受限制股份單位形式授出合共79，317，581股獎勵股份，其中(i)向集團若干雇員參與者授出79，174，927股獎勵股份；及(ii)向集團若干服務提供者授出142，654股獎勵股份，并視乎接納與否以及首次公開發售后股份獎勵計劃的條款及條件而定。
