近日，南京城南核心商業(yè)項(xiàng)目雨花客廳北區(qū)不動產(chǎn)進(jìn)入司法拍賣流程，拍賣公示同步披露項(xiàng)目租賃明細(xì)，其中山姆會員超市欠租金額約887萬元。
5月11日，據(jù)新黃河，沃爾瑪中國有關(guān)人士回應(yīng)此事，稱因業(yè)主方涉及資金相關(guān)問題，目前公司嚴(yán)格按法院要求暫停支付，配合司法執(zhí)行，不存在故意拖欠租金。來源：界面新聞
