北京時間6月10日，日本運動品牌亞瑟士（7936.T）公告宣布，公司已召開董事會，決議計劃自2027年1月1日起，通過吸收分割方式將公司旗下鬼塚虎（Onitsuka Tiger）品牌全部業務劃轉至公司全資持股子公司OT GROUP株式會社承接，并將全球各區域子公司旗下的鬼塚虎業務逐一拆分，重組為OT GROUP的子公司。
