據中華全國歸國華僑聯合會，中國僑聯副主席、黨組成員連小敏同志，于2026年6月19日因病在京逝世，享年58歲。
連小敏，男，漢族，1968年1月出生，浙江青田人，1987年6月加入中國共產黨，1989年8月參加工作，研究生學歷，碩士學位，西班牙僑眷。
曾任任浙江省水利廳副廳長、黨組成員，浙江省僑聯副主席（兼）等職務
